Refund Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:  Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item(s) and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns for certain types of items, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: To ensure that you get what you want as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
